During my tenure with Great HealthWorks, I accomplished multiple tasks and operational objectives, including conducting global investigations and enforcement operations online and on-site in APAC, EMEA, LATAM & US/CAN, and numerous Caribbean Islands.
- Developed and managed domestic/global administrative programs, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, training programs, supply chain logistics, civil/criminal investigations, internal compliance, and security administration.
- Managed the coordination of security and protection programs including traffic control, patrolling of physical property, enforcement of statutes and regulations, crime prevention, and investigation of accidents, injuries, and criminal acts.
- Oversaw the planning and implementation of the organization’s security goals, objectives, and strategies and aligned them to those of the organization, while managing a workforce of 12+ security officers including armed and unarmed patrol personnel, surveillance team, and SOC operations.
