During his tenure with the U.S. Government, Jorge held TOP SECRET/SSBI clearance, including a few designations: Criminal, Civil, and Public Corruption Investigator, as well as Physical Security Specialist, Defensive Tactics, Intermediate Weapons Instructor, and Emergency Medical Technician. He also served as a National Delegate, Chapter Vice President (San Juan, PR) and Chapter President (Houston, Texas) for the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA), the largest nonpartisan, nonprofit professional association, exclusively representing federal law enforcement officers.

In the past, he held several high-level positions with a few Privately held and Publicly Traded Companies, including a GLOBAL 2000 & a few FORTUNE 500 Companies.

Jorge is a U.S. Army(R) Counterintelligence Agent and decorated Combat Medic "VETERAN" (Honorably Discharged) and the recipient of the "U.S. Army Commendation Medal, National Security, and Overseas Operations (Operation Noble Eagle)".

During my tenure with Great HealthWorks, I accomplished multiple tasks and operational objectives, including conducting global investigations and enforcement operations online and on-site in APAC, EMEA, LATAM & US/CAN, and numerous Caribbean Islands.

- Developed and managed domestic/global administrative programs, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, training programs, supply chain logistics, civil/criminal investigations, internal compliance, and security administration.

- Managed the coordination of security and protection programs including traffic control, patrolling of physical property, enforcement of statutes and regulations, crime prevention, and investigation of accidents, injuries, and criminal acts.

- Oversaw the planning and implementation of the organization’s security goals, objectives, and strategies and aligned them to those of the organization, while managing a workforce of 12+ security officers including armed and unarmed patrol personnel, surveillance team, and SOC operations.

- Developed the first Global Brand Protection and IP Enforcement program for the company, which required investigating national and international organized crime networks, utilizing financial resources, accounting strategies, and forensic investigation techniques.
